Dr Seyed Navid Nasirpourosgoei ( PhD-MPhil, MSc, BSc, PgCert APHE, FCMI, FHEA ) is a Fellow of UK Chartered Management Institute and Fellow of UK Advance Higher Education. He has more than 25 years' of practical and academic work experience in Europe, Central Asia, and Middle-East. Navid has extensive experience in module and programme leadership at undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA level.
Navid is a full-time Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at Leicester Castle Business School and supervises MSc, MA and MBA dissertations. Navid is undergraduate final year Module Leader ( Strategic Management Principles and Practice ), the MBA Programme Leader and Link Tutor ( Singapore ) at De Montfort University Leicester.
Previously, Navid held academic appointments at the University of Northampton and Coventry University. Prior to these, he was a full-time doctoral researcher at Royal Holloway, University of London.
He obtained his MPhil / PhD in Management – Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship at Royal Holloway, University of London; and his MSc in Business and Enterprise from Oxford Brookes University; and a Certificate in Science Entrepreneurship from Saïd Business School University of Oxford.
Navid’s research interest and practical work experience are in the areas of Knowledge Management, NPD Process, Innovation and Business Strategy in the International Automotive Manufacturing Companies. Navid worked on different projects related to Knowledge Management, Leadership, New Product Development Process, Innovation Process and Strategy closely with some of the well-known international companies such as Samsung, BOSCH, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Renault, Suzuki and IKCO in the Middle East and in Europe.
